Our goal is to support architectural and urban planing projects by focusing on end users and impact.
This requires us to operate in complex assemblages of code, people, space, material, infrastructure, practices, and processes.
We challenge ourselves and our collaborators to reimagine and transform cities, strengthen and cultivate communities, enhance public services, forge new policies, and responsibly nurture the natural environment.
Richard Horvatis, a service-disabled US Marine, has a master’s degree in Architecture from SUNY Buffalo, and an interest in human behavior and user research. Richard also worked as a railroad engineer in New York and serves on several real estate development boards on the East Coast.
